We’re seeking a reliable and experienced Commercial Cleaner to provide top-notch end of tenancy cleaning services for our diverse clientele. This role is perfect for someone with meticulous attention to detail and a proven track record in the field.
Job Description:
As our Commercial Cleaner, you’ll be a crucial part of ensuring our clients’ properties are spotlessly clean and ready for the next tenant. You’ll be undertaking a variety of cleaning tasks and reporting any necessary repairs or replacements to the manager. You should be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team and be able to complete tasks within set timelines.
Your Duties:
- Provide high-quality end of tenancy cleaning for various properties.
- Carry out detailed cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping.
- Notify the manager of any necessary repairs or replacements.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations.
What We Need From You:
- Dependability is crucial.
- Proven experience as a Commercial Cleaner.
- Knowledge of different cleaning products and equipment.
- Ability to handle physical work.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver quality work.
- Must be able to drive and have your own transport.
